Cambridge Greens is a 288 lot deed restricted
community - one of 24 in the Villages of Citrus Hills. It is located
about 70 miles North of Tampa, 70 miles South of Gainesville and 5 miles NW of Inverness Florida, the
county seat of Citrus County.
The
Villages of Citrus Hills has been named "one of America's best master
planned communities" and one of the "50 Fabulous Planned Retirement
Communities For Active Adults". It offers Florida lifestyles with Florida

Unique to much Florida scenery, this area consists of rolling hills including some of the highest points in the state, mixtures of hardwoods, fir and palms and cattle and horse ranches. An added treat is exquisite kayaking opportunities into 'Old Florida' fresh and salt-water areas and a 46-mile paved bike trail that bisects the county from Citrus Springs in the north to Dade City in Hernando County.
