| Architectural Guidelines |
Restrictive Covenants, otherwise know as Deed Restrictions, as interpreted through
the architectural guidelines and procedures are formulated to preserve property
appearance and property values in our community. The Architectural Control Board
(ACB) assures the requirements are adhered to and approves applications.
There are requirements for new construction as well as external building and
landscaping work done on existing property within Cambridge Greens of Citrus Hills.
It is the property owner's responsibility to be aware of these restrictions and to follow
them.
The ACB meets as needed. Meetings are noticed on the News Flashes page and
Channel 97 48 hours before.
